NORTHERN MASSACUSETTS COMMERCIAL-INVESTMENT BOARD OF REALTORS ELECTS ALEXANDRA HART TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

January 15, 2008, Providence, RI – All States 1031 Exchange Facilitator, LLC is proud to announce the election of Alexandra L. Hart to the Board of Directors of the Northern Massachusetts Commercial-Investment Board of Realtors (NM-CIBOR).  The position is a one-year term for the 2008 calendar year. Alexandra was sworn in to office by Susan Renfrew, 2008 President of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®, during an installation ceremony on January 10th at the Chelmsford Radisson.

The Northern Massachusetts Commercial-Investment Board of REALTORS® is the only commercial Board of REALTORS® in Massachusetts and represents REALTORS® from more than 80 cities and towns from Newburyport to Burlington to Athol.  NM-CIBOR is a stand-alone organization which is managed by the Northeast Association of REALTORS® (NEAR), based in Chelmsford, and is a participant in the New England Commercial Property Exchange (www.newenglandcpe.com).  NM-CIBOR is in the process of becoming a state-wide overlay board, which would make it the first state-wide commercial association of REALTORS® in Massachusetts. The term REALTOR® is a trademark used exclusively to refer to members of the National Association of REALTORS®, whose members subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics.

The 2008 Board of Directors were elected by the general membership at the NM-CIBOR Quarterly Members Meeting held on Wednesday, October 17, 2007.  All States 1031 Exchange Facilitator, LLC sponsored the continuing education portion of this meeting.  F. Moore McLaughlin IV, Esq., CPA, owner of All States 1031 Exchange Facilitator, LLC, taught a seminar on 1031 exchanges that qualified for New Hampshire and Massachusetts continuing education credits for REALTORS®.
