ALL STATES 1031 FACILITATES 1031 EXCHANGES FOR BOTH THE SELLER AND BUYER OF 25 BLACKSTONE VALLEY PLACE, LINCOLN, RHODE ISLAND
PROVIDENCE, September 6, 2005 – A team of attorneys and exchange consultants from All States 1031 Exchange Facilitator, LLC advised and structured Howland Associates, Inc.'s $15 million dollar acquisition of 25 Blackstone Valley Place, Lincoln, Rhode Island from 25 Blackstone Valley Place Associates. All States 1031 was also retained by 25 Blackstone Valley Place Associates to handle its 1031 exchange of the subject property. A component of the acquisition of the property involving a reverse 1031 exchange was implemented by All States Reverse 1031 Exchange Facilitator, LLC through its wholly owned subsidiary, 25 Blackstone Valley Place, LLC.
