Section 1031 exchange is one of the few techniques available to defer or potentially eliminate taxes due on the sale of highly appreciated properties. F. Moore McLaughlin, esq., President of All States 1031 will discuss how you can build wealth through the use of a 1031 exchange.

Tenant in Common Properties will be discussed by Shirley Ju, President of 1031 Investment Solutions, LLC. Shirley will discuss how you can go from management intensive investment properties to owning a piece of a high quality commercial property and meet the requirements of IRS Section 1031.

Carlton Cabot, President, Cabot Investment Properties will be available to discuss how he strives to provide investors with security derived from predictable cash flow, strong tenancy, and conservative underwriting while acquiring properties for Cabot’s 1031 Programs.

Lastly, local accountant, Koreen Santos CPA, will run through accounting procedures associated with these transactions.
